Dr. Lenny Da Costa is a distinguished Consultant Geriatrician, Preventive Cardiologist, and Functional Medicine Specialist with over 25 years of experience in private medical practice. He is an active member of several prestigious medical organizations in India and overseas and is a highly sought-after speaker at international medical forums.
Dr. Da Costa currently consults at affiliate clinics in Pune and Delhi, while managing his own clinics in Goa and Mumbai. His illustrious career has been recognized with multiple awards and international fellowships, conferred in appreciation of his exceptional service to medicine and healthcare.
He is the author of the highly acclaimed book “Is Your Doctor Keeping You Sick?”, which has received wide appreciation for its thought-provoking insights. Dr. Da Costa is also a Certified Trainer and Facilitator with an ABSTA Diamond Certification from the Blair Singer Training Academy, USA.
Dr. Da Costa joined the Rotary Club of Margao Midtown in 2008 and served as its President in 2014–15, a landmark year during which he was awarded Best President at the District level. Under his leadership, the club won seven District Awards, the RI Presidential Citation, and five Governor’s Appreciation Awards.
Since then, he has held several key leadership roles in Rotary International District 3170, including:

In recognition of his exceptional Rotary service, Dr. Da Costa is a recipient of the Prestigious Avenues of Service Award from Rotary International and has received the Rotary Foundation District Service Award on multiple occasions.
For his unwavering commitment, visionary leadership, and selfless dedication to Rotary, he was chosen unopposed as the District Governor for the year 2026–27 in November 2023.
Dr. Da Costa is married to Rtn. Nita Da Costa, Past President of the Rotary Club of Margao Midtown. Their son Rafael is also a Rotarian. Dr. and Rtn. Nita Da Costa are Major Donors to The Rotary Foundation, and Dr. Da Costa is a proud Paul Harris Society Member.
