A Professional Training Workshop for Teachers was successfully आयोजित in Ichalkaranji on Saturday, February 21, 2026. The event was jointly organized by the Maharashtra Bal Shikshan Parishad (Ichalkaranji center) and the Rotary Club of Ichalkaranji at Shri Choundeshwari Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha. Around 110 teachers from kindergarten and primary sections participated in the workshop. Key dignitaries included D. M. Kasture, along with Sanjay Ghayatidak and Kesarkar from the Rotary Club. The main session was conducted by Dr. Ketaki Bankapure, a counselor, who spoke on self-reflection, developing a positive attitude, and managing emotions while working with young children. The workshop featured two focused sessions—“Self-reflection” and “Emotions”—highlighting the important role teachers play in students’ emotional development. Overall, the workshop was informative and impactful, helping educators enhance their teaching approach and emotional awareness.
